Westchester Center for Psychological Education

The Westchester Center for Psychological Education (WCPE) is the educational arm of WCPA. WCPE sponsors continuing education credit courses, workshops, and lectures on a variety of psychological topics for both members of WCPA and the public. 

The Westchester Center for Psychological Education is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Westchester Center for Psychological Education maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

The Westchester Center for Psychological Education is also recognized by the New York State Education Department as an approved provider of continuing education for licensed psychologists. The Westchester Center for Psychological Education maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

 WCPE was established to:

• maintain an institution of learning for instruction in the theory and practice of psychology
• provide facilities for training, treatment, and research methods dealing with the exploration of human attitudes
• conduct courses and scientific seminars
• maintain the necessary facilities to educate and disseminate information for the education of the public regarding the practice of psychology
