The Westchester Psychologist is sent to members five times a year. Our listserv is active with questions and meeting notifications. We have a website, like us on Facebook and follow us on Twitter.
3. Workshops and CE Credits
Recent topics include: Treatment of Opioid Dependence, Understanding Selective Mutism, Conference on Violence, Transgender 101, RET and A Tribute to Albert Ellis, and CBT and School Refusal. We are one of the few county psychological associations approved by the APA to offer CE credits!

WCPA is a valuable resource for forming professional relationships and lifelong friendships. Many of our members enjoy the support of peer group supervision. We host an Annual Meeting, featuring a Keynote Speaker and Distinguished Service Award, as well as a Networking Meeting.

Our Speakers Bureau lists presentation topics and member contact information. The Test Kit Library lends a wide range of current test materials. We also have a Representative for State Disaster Relief, organizing WCPA members in times of crisis in the community.

Our Referral Service provides information on NYS licensed psychologists, their specialties, and insurance information to the community.
9. Legal & Ethical Information
Through the WCPA’s Representative to NYSPA, members stay informed on critical legal issues. The WCPA Ethics Committee provides essential information, education and referrals.
10. Free Membership for Graduate Students
WCPA offers free membership to students during the course of their graduate training. Many graduate students choose to become integral members of the WCPA community.
